Regrets Your Chapter 332

Chapter 332

The screen quietly shifted to Elysia’s perspective

She stood on a platform high enough to overlook half of Stoneford, with the pedestrians below appearing as tiny as ants

The silence was almost surreal, as if time itself had frozen. Not even the faintest sound could be heard

Elysia wore a simple, elegant white dress, one hand resting lightly on the railing as she perched on the edge of the rooftop

She hummed an unfamiliar tune, her every movement light and carefree

When Caellan saw this scene through the screen, his heart seemed to skip a beat. Almost instantly, Stellan’s voice echoed in his mind. She’s already dead. She jumped, several thousand feet down.”

Caellan’s breathing quickened. His eyes darted around, scanning the environment. He quickly realized that the place she was standing was none other than the Drayton family’s office building

Stellan’s prophecy was drawing nearer

The dread in his heart surged anew. Tears streamed down Caellan’s face like a broken dam

In the next moment, he collapsed to his knees on the steps, clutching his phone and murmuring, Don’t jump, Elysiaplease don’t jump!”

His outburst startled those around him, who exchanged surprised glances. Soon, another voice echoed nearby, also filled with anguish

Fenwick was on the ground, too, pale as a sheet, unable to hold onto his phone

Everyone’s gaze turned to the screen in unison. On it, Elysia stood at the edge of the rooftop, her toes pointed, one hand extended as if reaching for the clouds

If someone only saw this scene, they might find it peaceful, even beautiful. But this was a rooftop, thousands of feet above the ground. A single gust of wind could send her plummeting into the abyss below

Don’t die! Elysia, don’t die!Caellan’s voice, now a wailing sob, drew everyone’s attention

Torin, standing nearby, lost his patience and kicked Caellan hard. Stop spouting nonsense! The only one who’s going to die is Rowena. Elysia is fine!”

Torin had been coldly observing, his phone still lying discarded on the ground. He had no idea what was happening on the livestream but was furious at Caellan for speaking such ominous words about Elysia

At that moment, he wanted nothing more than to kick this sobbing guy to death

I’ll say it one more time. Elysia is my sister. Rowena has nothing to do with me.” Hearing Rowena’s name triggered Caellan’s anger, and the two broke into a fistfight on the spot

Spectators pulled out their phones to record the spectacle, but Fenwick, surprisingly the most composed of the group, rushed forward to separate

them

Standing between the two, he shouted, Have you two had enough? Torin, for God’s sake, stop losing your mind! And you, Caellanwhat is wrong with you? Do you want Elysia to die that badly?”

As he spoke, Fenwick thrust his phone in front of Caellan’s face

Elysia had stepped back from the edge, no longer perched precariously, though she still lingered on the rooftop, pacing as if waiting for something

Caellan let out a shaky breath, slumping back onto the ground, his eyes glazed over. As long as she didn’t jumpIt must’ve been Stellan lying to me again.”

He’d spent days on edge, haunted by Stellan’s chilling words

Stellan, you son of aCaellan began, but Torin cut him off with a resounding slap

Unlike Caellan’s relief, Torin’s expression was as dark as ink

Chapter 332

He grabbed Caellan by the collar and demanded. How did you know Elysia would be on the rooftop? What did Stellan tell you? Where is Stellan now? Is Elysia with him?”

Torin was barely holding himself together. Seeing Elysia standing alone on the company rooftop had been shattering

He hadn’t even had the chance to apologize to her, to seek forgiveness for the harm she had endured, or to avenge her suffering

All he wanted was a sliver of reassurance that Elysia was okay

Caellan swatted Torin’s hands away and spat on the ground. You want answers? Watch the damn livestream yourself!”

The moment those words left his mouth, Fenwick let out a sharp gasp, echoed by others glued to their screens

Oh my God, she’s back at the edge!”

Is she going to jump? Is this it?”

If she falls from this height, there’s no saving her. Could it beOh, no, does Valeria want Elysia to be reborn?”

Torin snatched Fenwick’s phone, staring at the screen. The view had shifted back to a firstperson perspective, Elysia’s perspective

Night had fallen. The streets below were eerily empty, with not a single person in sight, and even the sparse vehicles seemed unnatural

This wasn’t the Stoneford they knew. Even in the dead of night, the city was never this desolate, unless…

Their minds flashed back to a memo they’d received a week ago about a planned road closure near the company building in the early morning hours

Because the message was sent at four o’clock in the morning, it didn’t affect anyone’s work after sunrise, so no one paid much attention

No, it’s just a coincidence,Torin muttered, shaking his head, and he felt an overwhelming urge to hurl the phone away

Caellan, too, was gripped by unease

Through the firstperson view, every slight movement Elysia made sent ripples of fear through the viewers

Even Fenwick, who had been arguing moments ago, was now transfixed, silently praying like everyone else. Don’t jump, please,he wondered

Then, with a surreal rush of motion, Elysia, dressed in her white gown, floated off the rooftop like a kite with its string cut

The fabric of her dress billowed like a dying water lily drifting in the air

No!Torin and Fenwick cried out simultaneously, their voices blending together. But they could do nothing to stop the inevitable

They watched helplessly as Elysia’s figure drew closer and closer to the ground, until finally with a dull, resounding thud, the blooming lily reached its final end

The screen went black
