Chapter 51
She looked around the wedding hall and awed in wonder at the decorations. Her mother–in–law and Alejandro’s mother had put a lot of effort into making this wedding a very grand event.
The music started playing, and all eyes turned to her and William. She looked ahead, and there he was! The man who she was going to be getting married to was standing at the end of the aisle.
Everyone who looked at Zabelle was mesmerized by how beautiful and charming she looked, and Antonio was no exception
to it.
Even though he hated Zabelle, he couldn’t deny that she was a very beautiful woman, but beautiful was an understatement to how she looked right now.
The fact that she didn’t know how beautiful she was on a normal day made him question if she needed glasses or a class on how to boost her self–esteem for easily believing the lies of her family about her looks.
He didn’t know when his lips curled into a smile, and it wasn’t the evil one he used when he wanted to destroy someone; rather, it was a genuine smile that reached his eyes.
“Stop drooling, we know she’s beautiful,” he heard Alejandro whisper in his ear, and he cursed him silently.
It was a big mistake letting Alejandro be his best man, he thought to himself as his eyes rested on Zabelle once more.
“Remember what we talked about, just take deep breaths,” William advised her as they started to make their way down the aisle.
She had calmed down back when it was only her and William in the car but now that they were walking down the aisle, her nervousness returned and this time, it was worse than when they were in the car.
“I–im–t–trying,” she stuttered, unable to make a proper sentence due to the way her nerves were taking over.
“Deep breaths, Zabelle, deep breaths,” Williams repeated, and she took his advice.
They were now getting close to where Antonio was standing, and Zabelle could now see him clearly. It had only been three days since she last saw him, and he was looking different.
She had seen him in a suit countless times, but he looked much more handsome in the black suit he was wearing
At least she wasn’t marrying an ugly man, she thought to herself. There was no argument as to who was more handsome between Jeremy and Antonio, as it was clear the latter was the winner.
Her heart pounded in her chest when she noticed he was looking at the dress she was wearing, and that made her self- conscious
Did he like it? She wondered Or was he looking at it because he hated it? Did he like the way had been pasked, especially as be was vocal about him wanting her to always let her hair down
Different intrusive thoughts were swirling in her head, but they vanished when she saw Antonio smiling and it was the evil grin he usually had or the annoyed sunile it was one that looked genuine as it reached his eyes
He booked even more handsome, and she was so lost in his soulle that she didnt realize that she had scrivent at the tðar,
It wasn’t until William nudged her gently before she realized the Antone was stretching his hated to her

Chapter 51
“I intend to take very good care of you,” Antonio whispered as he drew her closer to him.

The way those blue eyes of his looked at her made Zabelle’s legs go weak, and she was sure that she would have fallen if not for Antonio supporting her.
“You look beautiful,” Antonio complimented, and they turned to face the altar.
“T–thank you,” Zabelle replied as she shook her head internally over the fact that she was still stuttering.
“Now, let’s go get married…”
“You may now kiss the bride,” she heard the priest say, and the loud cheers of the people in the hall made her go deaf for about two seconds.
She turned red when Antonio leaned and placed a kiss on her lips. It wasn’t as passionate as the other two kisses they had shared, but the effect it had on Zabelle was the same.
She had forgotten all about her nervousness and the people who were there and focused all her attention on Antonio, whose attention was also focused on her.
“You’re officially Mrs Zabelle Garcia,” she heard him say to her, and her heart skipped a beat over this fact.
Zabelle simply nodded as words eluded her. Time had indeed gone by fast, just like William has said.
She had just been in the room getting ready and now, she was now Antonio’s wife.
‘Don’t get too happy, he hates you and wants to make your life miserable,‘ the voice in her head said to her, and her smile immediately dropped.
“What’s wrong?” He inquired when he noticed this.
“It’s nothing important,” Zabelle lied. It was obvious that Antonio didn’t believe her, but thankfully, he didn’t push it. Instead, he started to lead her down the aisle.
