Cassandra didn’t respond. She was lost in thought. She had loved him for twelve years, only to realize it was a mistake. Now that it was finally ending… was she really ready to start something new? She wasn’t sure. In the end, Trevor remained a gentleman and drove her home.

Cassandra and Harry went to Zeanor together a week later. Because Cassandra had grown up in that country, she still wanted to settle there. Adam and Bella didn’t object. Instead, they let Harry accompany her, hoping he could guide her in managing the company’s business.

She turned and slapped Samuel across the face without thinking twice. “What the hell is wrong with you?” she snapped. Samuel was stunned. Did Cassandra actually hit him for another man?!
His expression darkened as he grabbed Cassandra’s shoulders and growled, “Cassandra, I’ve been begging for your forgiveness for so long. You won’t even reply to a single message, but you’re out here messing around with some random guy. When did you become so shameless?”

Cassandra wrenched herself free and stepped back, looking at the spot he had just touched her with evident disgust. “Samuel, did you eat shit this morning? Your mouth is filthy. If you’re mentally ill, go get treated. Don’t come out and spread your disease!“%
Then, Cassandra turned around to check Harry’s injuries and said with concern, “You are bleeding, I will accompany you to the hospital.”Z
Samuel cut in before Harry could respond, “He hit me too! I’m injured as well! You should take me to the hospital!”
The previous Cassandra would indeed accompany him, but the current Cassandra would only think that Harry hadn’t hit him hard enough.
“Idiot.” Cassandra held onto Harry and was ready to leave, but Samuel clung to her like a piece of gum that wouldn’t come off. Frustrated, she called for the restaurant manager and pointed at Samuel. “Kick him out.“!
Samuel scoffed. “I’m a VIP here. Let’s see if anyone dares!“!!
Cassandra rolled her eyes and threw cold water on his arrogance. “I’m the owner of this place. You’re showing off in the wrong spot.”
The manager immediately turned respectful. “I apologize, Boss. This was my mistake. I’ll have them removed at once.” Samuel was dumbfounded. “You own this place? That’s impossible! That man next to you gave it to you, didn’t he?” “Cassandra, I know you’re angry about what I did, but you don’t have to degrade yourself like this.” He tried to seize her, looking like the self–righteous ex.
However, Harry blocked him. “Samuel, if you touch her again, I’ll break your hands.”
Samuel didn’t recognize the man before him and didn’t think he could do so. Samuel then spoke arrogantly, “Just you?
