Chapter 11
“Enough, Liam. Do you even believe the things you’re saying? I’m not a child
anymore. Every second I spend with you fills me with disgust! Since leaving you, I can’t close my eyes without seeing my mother on her deathbed.”
Liam’s face drained of color as I spoke. His hand, which had been reaching out, fell limp at his side.
“I’m… I’m sorry.”
I let out a bitter laugh, tears streaming down my face. “Sorry? What good is your ‘sorry‘? Can it bring my mother back to life? Can it send Seraphina to prison? Don’t come looking for me again. Seeing you only makes me hate my own stupidity even more!”

Without another word, I turned and walked away, never looking back. Liam never appeared again.
Three days later, a piece of news caught my attention. Liam had turned himself into the police, claiming that the letter of understanding had been obtained fraudulently and that he had written it without my knowledge.
Since the letter was legally invalid, the car accident case from three years ago was reopened. Without the letter of understanding, Seraphina was now bound to face the full extent of the law. Soon after, Cassian’s company released a statement announcing that he and Seraphina were no longer married.
That was the final blow that broke

Book 2: Valentine’s Day, He Left Me, Pregnant, At The Crash
On Valentine’s Day, my fiancé, Josh Walton, abandoned me after my car accident and premature delivery, to accompany his assistant, Sophie Mitchell, abroad to see the
aurora.
When I called out for help, he coldly responded, “If you want to live, agree to break off the engagement.”
In the end, my childhood friend, the doctor,

However, the premature baby didn’t make it.
On the day I was discharged, my childhood friend knelt down and confessed his love for

After marriage, our bond grew stronger.
Three years later, I found out I was pregnant again.
I couldn’t wait to share the good news with him, but then I overheard his conversation with Josh Walton.
“Ginger Franklin, do you think Nina Davis would still love you if she knew you were the one who hit her with the car all those years ago and who killed that bastard child. Would

“It doesn’t matter. As long as Sophie can be happy, I’m willing to give up the rest of my
