Chapter 7
Damn it, Emily and her boyfriend sare walked fast! I was starting to think maybe Divid really was supernatural. Breathing deeply, I glanced around at the dark surroundings and immediately regretted following Emily. Now, I was lost.
The flashlight on my phone was my only source of light as I trudged through the woods I hadn’t thought the bushy path would lead so deep into the forest. Guess 1 was wrong. My feet ached, and the oppressive darkness made me uneasy. Sighing in defeat, I pulled our my phone so call Emily. I didn’t care where she was–she had to come and get me.
Just before I hit the call button, I heard voices a short distance away. Hope sprang in my chest as I quickly headed toward them.
“Hello!” I called out, squinting to make out two figures in the dim light Judging by their casual attire, I assumed they’d come from Kevin’s party. The faint smell of weed gave them away–they were probably off in the woods to smoke,
“Whoa, where did you come from?” one of them asked. He had dark brown hair and a strikingly handsome face. His friend wasn’t bad–looking either. Both of them gave off an uncanny vibe, and the word incubus crossed my mind.
“I was looking for my friend.” I explained, brushing off the thought. “I wandered too far and got lost. Can you help me find my way back?”
They exchanged glances before nodding
“Sure, we’ll help,” the other guy said.
“Thank you.” I replied, relieved.
“I’m Brandon, and this is Josh,” the first one said
“Nice to meet you” I said hesitantly. “I’m Kerry” I wasn’t sure why I was bothering with introductions, but something about them drew me in Maybe it was their scent–it was strangely intoxicating-
“Are you a friend of Kevin’s?” Josh asked as we started walking. They flanked me, their presence unnervingly close.
“No,” I said, shaking my head as a wave of dizziness washed over me. “We go to the same school.”
“Elthon High does have the prettiest girls,” Brandon said, flashing a smile that showed perfect teeth. His lips looked almost kissable. My cheeks grew warm, and I shook my head again, trying to clear my thoughts
“Th–thank you,” I stammered.
“You’re looking a little flushed, Brandon remarked, placing a hand on my arm. The touch sent a jolt through me, and I instinctively stepped back- only to bump into Josh. His proximity and their combined scents made my knees weak.
Before I realized it, I was leaning into Brandon’s chest, inhaling deeply. “You smell so good.” I munnured, my voice thick with desire.
Brandon chuckled, his hand sliding down my back to cup my ass. “I know, baby. But you can’t imagine how mouthwatering you smell”
“When was the last time you had a human this delicious?” Josh asked, his voice low and filled with hunger.
“Maybe never, Brandon repbed.
My breath hitched as their hands roamed over me, each touch setting my skin on fire. My body was betraying me, responding to them without thought. Brandon kissed me, his lips rough and demanding Josh pressed against my back, his arousal evident as he ground against me,
“You’re soaked, baby,” Brandon murmured, his fingers teasing me through my panties. “Let us help you with that, hmm?”
“Yes,” I whispered, unable to think clearly.
But just as Josh was about to take things further, he was yanked away from me with a violent force. Startled, I turned to see him being slammed into a tree. Brandon tried to retaliate but was quickly overpowered and knocked unconscious.
“Kerry! Are you okay?” a familiar voice called out
“Mam?” 1 blinked, trying to focus through the haze clouding my mind.

“They used their powers on you, Kerry! They were going

“Take me to your house, 1 interrupted, my voice shaky but insistent.

“Please, Matthew.” 1 pleaded.
He sighed and carried me swiftly through the woods. His sure steps guided us back to the house in no time. No one seemed to notice us as he took me upstairs and into a quiet room, shuning the door behind lum
“Can you stand” he asked. I nodded and climbed out of his arms Without thinking. I pressed myself against Matt and leaned in for a kiss, but he stopped me, his eyes wide with shock,
“What are you doing?” he asked, his voice tinged with worry
“I feel so hot, Mant,” 1 whispered, my voice trembling. “It feels like my insides are burning. I need to feel you.” I took his hand and placed it on my lower back, sliding in down slightly. He stiffened, shaking his head, doing his best to resist, but I could feel the tension in his trousers. He was just as affected as I was.
“You’re still under the influence of their scent,” he said firmly. “We can’t do this, Kerry
“Please, Matt,” I pleaded, my voice breaking. “I can’t take this heat anymore. I need you inside me. Make love to me so hard that I feel it tomorrow.”

With a growl of frustration, he pushed me back onto the bed, his lips capturing mine in a bruising kiss. His hands made quick work of the straps of my dress, pulling it off in one swift motion. Dropping to his knees, he hooked my legs over his shoulders, trailing kisses down my thighs. I clutched the sheets as his tongue flicked out, pressing against my core,
“Matt” I gasped, my voice breathy. He spread my folds gently, swirling his tongue around my sensitive bud before sucking it into his mouth. The intensity of his ministrations made my head spin as waves of pleasure coursed through me.
“God… Matt.” I moaned, throwing my head back. He worked his tongue with precision, his lips and movements slow and deliberate, building the pleasure higher and higher. My hips bucked against his mouth uncontrollably, driving me closer to the edge.
When the climax hit. I stifled a scream with my hand, my legs trembling as my hips jerked against him. Even as I rode out the high, Matt didn’t stop. His eyes suddenly brightened to a vivid red, an otherworldly glow that made my breath catch. “Matt,” I whispered, but the only response I received was his fingers digging into my hips as he thrust upward to meet my movements.

For a long time, we lay there in silence.
