After the auction followed the inevitable yet tiresome socializing. Many pager eyes were on Evelyn. After all, she was not only Alan’s sister, but also the last disciple of Mr. Smith.

Just then, an amused and slighfly rakish voice popped up. In a blink, a man appeared by Evelyn’s side.
Evelyn had encountered numerous attractive men before. Yet this time, he could feel her heart skipped a beat upon seeing this person.
