The doorbell rang
The door was knocked, and outside came the mother’s low voice.
“Jocelynn, did you wake up?”
Jocelynn had been awake for half an hour, and she hurriedly opened the door.
“Mom, what’s wrong?”
Alyssa entered the room, followed by over a dozen waiters, each holding a luxurious gown and matching high heels.
Alyssa also took out a box and handed it to her, saying, “This is the new phone that Mom bought for you. The SIM card and everything have already been taken care of.”
“Here are the evening gowns I prepared for you tonight. Take a look and see which one you like.”
“You changed into your formal attire and we could go straight down to attend the dinner.”
Jocelynn took the phone and said, “Thank you, Mom.
She took a glance and saw that the phone was a limited edition VERTU Signature
Afterward, among a crowd of formal dresses, she chose the most understated mermaid dress
The formal dress adopted a mermaid design, and the skirt shimmered as if the sunlight was sprinkled on the surface of the sea.
Jocelynn put on her outfit and walked out of the room. Alyssa was momentarily stunned, and the people around let out a “wow” of admiration.
With a flowing skirt, she looked like a mermaid princess emerging from the deep sea.
Noble and elegant.
The air stood still for a few seconds before Alyssa snapped out of it. “Jocelynn, tonight you were the most beautiful princess. As soon as you make your entrance at the banquet, you will capture everyone’s attention.”
Jocelynn smiled apologetically, the clothes were just too beautiful.
However, it was inevitable for her to feel a bit nervous in her heart as it was her first time attending such a high–level banquet.
Alyssa sensed her thoughts and held her hand to comfort her, saying, “Don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything later. Just stay with Mom. If you get tired, come upstairs and rest,”
After speaking, he took her to the room at the end of the corridor and styled her hair.
The makeup artist and stylist worked quickly and finished all the details in less than half an hour.
Jocelynn stood there, wearing a crown on her head and a flowing evening gown, looking like a princess straight out of a fairy tale.
Alyssa’s eyes were filled with surprise, and then she went downstairs with her to attend the banquet.
The two people ran into Marcel, who was going upstairs, at the staircase.
He was stunned for a few seconds when he saw Jocelynn. “Mom, is this still my sister? She is too beautiful, isn’t she?”
Alyssa glared at him and said, “If not you, then who is my sister?”
“Tonight, she was the finale, of course, she had to be the most beautiful in the whole audience.”
Marcel didn’t say anything more, but there was a glimmer of pride and arrogance in his eyes as if he had obtained some precious
When the three of them arrived downstairs at the banquet.
The originally noisy hall suddenly became silent.
All eyes were focused on the three of them, particularly on Jocelynn.
She was so beautiful that it was impossible to take

Even more, people dared not make loud noises, fearing that they would disturb the princess who had come out of this fairy tale.
Kanden, who was still socializing with people, felt a sense of pride in his eyes when he saw this. His daughter, not only being in Lochmnist but also being one of the best in the world.
He immediately walked to his family and led them to the center of the stage.
He tapped the microphone and took his daughter’s hand. “Today, I invited friends from all walks of life and media friends to join me for a special occasion. There is something important that 1 want to share with all of you.”
Immediately, there was a flurry of discussions among the audience
Kaeden waved his hand, asking everyone to be quiet.
He raised his daughter’s hand and said, “Halt a month ago, I found the daughter I had been searching for nearly twenty years.”
“She was my long–lost daughter – Jocelynn, the heiress of our Stout family!”
