I slammed the door shut as I entered the room. “Uhh!” I growled as I paced around in the room.
How could she think I… Fuck.
I would never do that with her, not with any woman, not with Kaida or even the moon goddess herself.
I groaned as I ran my hand over my hair. I am disappointed by Aurora.
I ran my hand over my stinging cheek. She even slapped me… and then.
I would never raise my hand to her… I would never do that. I was just trying to hold her and talk sense into her and she thought I was going to hit her.
I love and trust Aurora so much… Why doesn’t she trust me the
same.
I sat on the floor of the room. I had suffered so much away from her, even when I got her back, we suffered together.
I can not let this relationship break just like that. It would kill
- me.

“KAIDA,” I growled. She did this, this is all her fault and I am going to surely punish her for that. She would see the ruthless side of me that I had always hidden.
She would definitely lose her crazy obsession for me today. She made my Aurora cry all night long, her eyes were red and puffy.
Her heart was broken. Her soul was hurt. Because of me… I should never have gone to Kaida to give her water last night. It should have left her to die.
She is better off dead… than letting her hurt my Aurora like this.
I held my head. It is spinning, I wonder what Aurora is passing through at the moment.
What if she decides to leave me again. What if she leaves and takes the kids with her. That would break me… entirely.
“I will have to fix this… I have to do something, I can’t let my family fall apart this way.”
I got up and strode out of the room. Slamming the door shut behind me.
I ran down the stairs to the dungeon and when I got there, I saw Kaida sitting in a corner still naked, her head pressed between her knees.
“I knew you’d come… I can perceive your scent from a mile away,” she said as she raised her head slowly.

I gritted my teeth as my fingers coiled up by my sides into a tight fist. “Open her cell!!” I ordered.
The guard standing by the side hesitated for a while, then he moved and started to open it up.
I stepped in as the guard pulled the bars open, Kaida stood up to her feet as she walked up to meet me halfway.
“You saw what I did to that guard, are you not scared for your life?” she asked as she circled me.
I scoffed, “I am Dane… a Lycan, the alpha of this pack, why would you think I would fear you… besides I know what you want from me… and you won’t want me dead”
I turned to her and held her by the throat, she gasped as she held my hand as she smiled, feeling my skin, “Such hairy and strong hands… I wonder how you’d feel down there.”
“Oh get lost.” I pushed her away and she staggered back, her back against the wall. She was trying to look sexy, but all I can see is a mad woman, making a fool of herself.
Her entire naked body doesn’t move a muscle in my body… but just Aurora’s bareback, even her toes and fingers are enough to make me lose my mind.
“This is why I love you Dane… your feistiness, your hardness, your stubbornness… pride, ego… it’s so appealing, it draws me to you… and guess what?”

I crossed my arms against my chest as I listened to her. “What… you tramp,” I snapped.
She giggled. “Your insults are like compliments and they make. me wet for you, wanna check how wet I am?” she ran her hand. up her thigh to her folds. “I bet I am wet enough to take you in.”
I spat some saliva to the side, disgusted as I wiped my mouth and said, “No, thank you… I will pass.”
I noticed a look in her eyes, a look of pain. But it left as soon as it
came.
“Well, I caused the war, I instigated Orion, the alpha of my pack against your pack. I am his head warrior, he trusted me so much he followed me blindly, because I told him we could get your lands and goods… but he didn’t know I was doing all of that just to get to Dane Montague.”
I sucked in air through my teeth as I tried to hold myself from lunging at her right now.
“I wanted a place in your heart… I would manage as your mistress… anything.”
I tilted my head to the side as I crossed my arms over my chest, “Isn’t that ironic… you wanted a place in my heart, but you got a place in my dungeon.”
I tried to hold myself from laughing as I saw the look in her eyes.

“Well at least I am close to you, staying under the same roof, I can fantasize about you better.” she licked her lips as she touched her body.
“Not for long,” I said.

I scoffed, “You are going to be transferred from here today… you will be sent to the state prison, so you’d be with your fellow prisoners.
Kaida shook her head. “No..”
“Yes…” I said as I stepped out and the guard looked at her cell, she held the bars as she shook her head. “You hurt my girl… that is your punishment for it.
“I want to stay here with you… I promise not to cause any more trouble, Dane… please.”
“Too late…” I walked out of the dungeon and I headed to the council hall. I needed to see Aurora… I think she will be there
this early.
“Ohh,” a lady sighed as I bumped into her as I turned the corner, I stepped back to see she was pregnant. She held her tummy as she winced in pain.
“Sorry… so sorry,” I said as I looked down at her. She raised her head and I was shocked.
